The premise

People care for places
they helped imagine.

Instead of handing villages a finished blueprint, the project began with a question. Postcards invited children, teachers, families and local leaders to draw the library they wanted. Their answers became the brief.

The model is cumulative. Each stage adds capability without losing the intimacy and stewardship of the reading room.
